Cash on delivery with some advance is available in all states of India. Open box delivery is available in Mumbai only.

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or not as described. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims or disputes. The product must be returned within 36 hours of delivery for a defect check — no return or claim is accepted after that. Refunds are processed after we receive and evaluate the returned product, which must be in original condition with all protective films and tags intact. Approved refunds are credited within two business days.
